Long Delay Rye PA (ABV6.5% IBU 78)

A Full body Rye IPA brewed with a hefty dose of Rye malt, lending a spicy flavor.  Pale straw in color from Pilsner Malt base.  Well dry hopped with classic American hop varieties.


Phil’s Incendiary IPA (ABV 7.2% IBU 94)

Bombs Away Beer Company’s first Charity beer

In honor of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician TSgt Phillip A. Myers K.I.A. 4 April 2009 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. Proceeds from the Sale of Phil’s Incendiary IPA will benefit the EOD Warrior Foundation.

The EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) serves the EOD community by providing financial assistance and support to active-duty and veteran wounded, injured or ill EOD warriors, families of our wounded and fallen EOD warriors and by maintaining the EOD Memorial.

An abundant Red IPA full of tropical & citrus American Hops, hints of dark fruit from dark caramel malts. One sip sends your pallet exploding with complex flavors!

Stockpile Stout (ABV 7.2% IBU 52)

Deeply complex stout.  Flaked Rye & oats lend to a full mouth feel and ridiculous head retention.  Hints of dark chocolate, toffee, and coffee create a rich & delicious beer just in time for cooler weather.


Primer Pub Ale (ABV 5.2% IBU 27)

A very unique beer.  Subtle sweetness from honey malt with an underlying bready character.  Full body due to hefty dose of wheat.  Dry & Clean on the palate.


Actuator IPA (ABV 6.4% IBU 100+)

American IPA with medium bitterness & light body.  Notes of citrus & floral in the aroma.  Spicy in flavor with a crisp, bright finish.


Short Fuse Blonde Ale (ABV 5.6% IBU 25.6)

Clean, crisp blonde ale. Malt forward. Aromatics of clove with a bright finish.


B.A.B.C. IPA (ABV 6.1% IBU 91.33)

North east inspired hazy IPA. Showcasing fruity New Mexico derived hops. Tropical and citrusy flavor and aroma.


Willie Pete Wit (ABV 5.8% IBU 20)

Traditional Belgian wit Bier. Soft mouth feel. Light body, hint of sweetness from honey malt. Brewed traditional with sweet orange peel, chamomile and coriander.


Low Order Porter (ABV 5.2% IBU 58)

Featuring chocolate and roasted malt. Medium body, easy drinking porter. Subtle smoky flavor and aroma.


High Speed Low Drag Lager (ABV 6.4% IBU 35)

Amber American style lager. Light body with medium bitterness. Hints of Carmel. Flavored with New Zealand Wakatu hops.


Wild Card Spiced Ale (ABV 5.3% IBU 15)

Fermented with traditional Belgian yeast. Spiced with lemon verbena and peppercorn.


Bag Drag B.P.A (ABV 5.8% IBU 20)

Medium bitterness. Flavors and aromas reminiscence of citrus.


Arsenal English Amber Ale (ABV 5.5% IBU 51)

English Style Amber Ale.  Caramel & Roasted character provided by crystal malt and midnight wheat.  Light bitterness provided by English hops.  Sure to be a hit with Cask ale fans.


Mk Deuce Pale Ale (ABV 5% IBU 53)

Oatmeal Pale Ale, Medium bitterness, lightly dry-hopped with Citra & little known Belma hops.  Subtle sweetness and caramel notes derived from British Caramel Malts.


Proximity Pilsner (ABV 5.2% IBU 33)

Light golden color, well hopped with german Perle Hops lending a subtle floral aroma.  Clean dry and crisp finish.

BOMBS AWAY BEER COMPANY:

Bombs Away Beer Company has been hand built from the ground up by the owners since they acquired their building in Albuquerque’s up-and-coming Skyline Heights district. They spent over a year transforming the warehouse into the unique and incomparable brewery it is today. From its handcrafted furniture, fixtures, decor and taproom, to its unconventional brew house, Bombs Away Beer Company is the direct result of the owners’ own hard work, craftsmanship, dedication and passion. Bombs Away Beer Company’s craft beer is made right here at 9801 Acoma Road on their 10BBL brew house.  With 16 taps, there is a wide array of beer styles to offer in its comfortable taproom. ABOUT THE OWNERS:

John W. Degnaro, Founder

John is a fourteen-year Veteran of the United States Air Force serving as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. He proudly served multiple combat tours, leading EOD teams in Iraq and Afghanistan.

During his last deployment he started drafting the plans for his post military career.  His passion for beer inspired him to take on the incredible challenge of starting a brewery, directing his skills in an all new direction… Founding Bombs Away Beer Company.

In 2017 he completed the brewery and opened the taproom, building a company that is a reflection of himself;  Passionate about beer and Proudly American.

Hilary Degnaro

Hilary is John’s wife and has been instrumental in assisting him through the design and build phase of the brewery. Through her creativity and ingenuity the taproom became the warm and welcoming place it is today. Hilary has a BBA and a MBA in marketing management and operations. As the brewery’s success progresses, she will be coordinating future events and community outreach programs.  She assists in the day-to-day operations and continues to help John’s dream become a reality.

David Kimbell, Head Brewer

David is a New Mexico native with a strong admiration for craft beer. He is a UNM graduate that has been professionally brewing beer for the past 4 years. David has worked with New Mexico’s best & largest breweries since starting his career in the industry.  His mission is to make Bombs Away Beer Company one of New Mexico’s best breweries and secure Albuquerque’s position as the best craft beer city in America.
