Proximity Pilsner (ABV 5.2% IBU 33)(GR)
Light golden color. Well hopped with German Perle hops, lending a subtle floral aroma. Clean, dry, and crisp finish.
Ten Seconds to Helles (ABV 4.7% IBU 18)(GR)
German style Helles. Extra pale in color, but not in flavor! 100% extra pale pilsner malt provides malty/caramel sweetness. German Ariana hops used with extreme caution lend subtle fruity/citrusy flavor and aroma. Light body, mild bitterness, and a clean finish.
S.M.A.S.H. Pilsner (ABV 5.0% IBU 35)(GR)
Single Malt and Single Hop Pilsner. Grain bill of 100% German floor malted Pilsner malt, hopped with 2025 Veterans hops from YCH hops.
Low Resistance Lager (ABV 5.0% IBU 8)(GR)
Extra Light American style lager. Brewed with Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM. Rice used to lighten the body and corn ads a subtle sweet finish. Saaz hops lend a subtle bitterness.
Initiator Light Lager (ABV 4.9% IBU 20)(GR)
Rice lager brewed with jasmine rice and hopped with Elani hops for a subtle fruity and tropical hop profile. Easy drinking lager, light in body, dry finish, and perfect on a hot day!
American Lager (ABV 4.8% IBU 15)(GR)
American Style lager, light body, low bitterness, mild hop presence. Prominent malt profile.
K98 Kölsch (ABV 5.1% IBU 25)(GR)

N/M38 Lager(ABV 4.8% IBU 30)(GR)
Mexican inspired lager brewed with New Mexico grown/malted Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM. Light to medium in body, toffee and caramel notes, balanced bitterness, and a dry finish

Just an Amber (ABV 5.3% IBU 35)(GR)
Malt forward Amber Ale, toasted and roasted flavors are front and center. Restrained hop bitterness and medium in body.
High Order Hefe (ABV 5.2% IBU 15)
Traditional style Hefeweizen. Prominent wheat and barley flavor, banana and clove aroma from classic hefe yeast, light body, and low bitterness.
All Clear! Apple Beer (ABV 5.5% IBU 0)(GR)
51% grain and 49% Apple cider (max allowed by law!) clears the path for this unique beverage. Prominent Apple flavor, subtle maltiness, no hop presence, crisp & dry finish, and gluten removed.

North East inspired hazy IPA. Tropical and citrusy flavor and aroma.

American IPA with medium bitterness & light body. Notes of citrus and floral in the aroma. Spicy in flavor with a crisp, bright finish.
Hazy Chain D.I.P.A. v25 (ABV 7.2% IBU 100+)(GR)
Our ever evolving D.I.P.A. Version 25’s grain bill is German Pilsner and Munich malt, hopped with Magnum, Chinook, Citra, CTZ, Equinox, and Idaho #7 hops.
