Proximity Pilsner (ABV 5.2% IBU 33)(GR)

Light golden color.  Well hopped with German Perle hops, lending a subtle floral aroma. Clean, dry, and crisp finish.

Ten Seconds to Helles (ABV 4.7% IBU 18)(GR)
 
German style Helles. Extra pale in color, but not in flavor! 100% extra pale pilsner malt provides malty/caramel sweetness. German Ariana hops used with extreme caution lend subtle fruity/citrusy flavor and aroma. Light body, mild bitterness, and a clean finish.

S.M.A.S.H. Pilsner (ABV 5.4% IBU 30)(GR)

Single Malt and Single Hop Pilsner.  Grain bill of 100% Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM, hopped with Liberty hops lending a floral and lemony hop flavor and aroma profile.

Low Resistance Lager (ABV 5.0% IBU 8)(GR)
 
Extra Light American style lager.  Brewed with Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM.  Rice used to lighten the body and corn ads a subtle sweet finish.  Saaz hops lend a subtle bitterness.
Initiator Light Lager (ABV 4.9% IBU 20)(GR)
 
Rice lager brewed with jasmine rice and hopped with Elani hops for a subtle fruity and tropical hop profile.  Easy drinking lager, light in body, dry finish, and perfect on a hot day! 
Honey Blonde Ale (ABV 5.6% IBU 21)(GR)
 
Blonde Ale brewed with New Mexico grown/malted Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM.  Local honey added during fermentation.  Crisp dry finish with subtle honey notes.
T50 Vienna Lager (ABV 5.3% IBU 25)(GR)
 
This amber lager is all about the malt.  Caramel and toffee flavors complimented by classic German hops, balanced bitterness, and a bready, biscuity finish.  Perfect for an Autumn day or any day!
Independence Amber (ABV 5.5% IBU 45)(GR)
 
Our signature Amber ale gives you a healthy dose of malt flavors while balancing the hop profile unique to Bombs Away.
High Order Hefe (ABV 5.2% IBU 15)

Traditional style Hefeweizen.  Prominent wheat and barley flavor, banana and clove aroma from classic hefe yeast, light body, and low bitterness.

All Clear! Apple Beer (ABV 5.5% IBU 0)(GR)

51% grain and 49% Apple cider (max allowed by law!) clears the path for this unique beverage. Prominent Apple flavor, subtle maltiness, no hop presence, crisp & dry finish, and gluten removed.  

High Speed Low Drag Lager (ABV 5.1% IBU 30)(GR)

Amber American style lager. Light body, medium bitterness, hints of caramel, and flavored with American Warrior & Chinook hops. 

S.A.F. POG Juice (ABV 6.0% IBU 0)(GR)
 
This version our S.A.F. sour features Passion fruit, Orange, and Pink Guava for a delicious tropical blend.  Sour, dry, and fruity! 

Keep It Simple Stout (ABV 4.1% IBU 32)(GR)

A dry stout, medium body, low ABV, mild bitterness, balanced roast & malt profile.  Creamy head and body.

Bombs Away IPA (ABV 6.3% IBU 91.33)

North East inspired hazy IPA. Tropical and citrusy flavor and aroma.

Actuator IPA (ABV 6.4% IBU 100+)(GR)

American IPA with medium bitterness & light body.  Notes of citrus and floral in the aroma.  Spicy in flavor with a crisp, bright finish.

Hazy Chain D.I.P.A. v25 (ABV 7.2% IBU 100+)(GR)
 
Our ever evolving D.I.P.A.  Version 25’s grain bill is German Pilsner and Munich malt, hopped with Magnum, Chinook, Citra, CTZ, Equinox, and Idaho #7 hops.
